Watch me and my team Restore this French Chateau from the studs on up in Atlanta This home at one time was the jewel of it's neighborhood. However it has been neglected. So, I acquired this previous bank owned property and decided to restore it back it's glory and beyond!! I have renovated many interiors over the years, but this Atlanta fixer upper is my first whole house renovation.
I Found a Property! It has great bones...it reminds me of a French Chateau
BEFORE : - our chateau had a little water damage , however it has plenty potential to be restored to it's former "GLORY!"
THE KITCHEN BEFORE.... This kitchen looked tired and gloomy.
What I liked?
The view out of the windows and the size. But the broken dog leg layout , dated cabinets and funky appliances has got to go. Thanks for stopping by and there will be more to come.
